Right of Withdrawal
Effective date: 22 August 2026
Scope
This right of withdrawal notice is addressed exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Businesses within the meaning of Section 14 BGB have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Goods
No statutory right of withdrawal exists for laser parts ordered through our calculator.
All parts are manufactured exclusively according to the CAD data uploaded by the customer and the details selected in the calculator regarding material, material thickness, quantity and processing. They are therefore non-prefabricated goods for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the customer is decisive. For such contracts, the right of withdrawal is excluded under Section 312g(2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
This exclusion already applies to the contract for the custom manufacture and not only from the start of production. The active confirmation at checkout documents that the customer has taken note of this information before submitting their order; it is not the legal basis of the exclusion.
Precautionary General Withdrawal Notice for Consumers
The following general notice applies only if, exceptionally, a consumer contract for goods is concluded to which the statutory exclusion set out above does not apply. For the custom-made goods offered exclusively to the customer's specification in the calculator, the exclusion above governs.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. Where several goods ordered as part of a single order are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,
fexon e.K., An Der Eisbahn 8, 07973 Greiz, Germany; Telephone: +49 3661 4555881; Email: info@fexon-blechbearbeitung.de,
by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. Additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us are excepted.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to fexon e.K., An Der Eisbahn 8, 07973 Greiz, Germany. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the direct costs of return are estimated at a maximum of approximately €101.15 gross. This estimate corresponds to the current freight-carrier flat rate of €85.00 net plus 19% VAT.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Model Withdrawal Form

Technical Review and Full Refund
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect the technical review under Sections 3 and 4 of our General Terms and Conditions. The contract is only concluded upon our separate order confirmation in text form or upon dispatch of the goods. If the technical review shows that a part cannot be manufactured, or cannot be manufactured as ordered, we inform the customer before production begins. If no agreement is reached on an amended specification or an adjusted price, we refund the amount already paid in full using the same means of payment. This refund is not a withdrawal and exists independently of the statutory right of withdrawal.
